Some of the poetry I've written for children is published in five anthologies, all available on Amazon or through your favorite bookstore.

 

My award-winning debut middle grade manuscript (with the working title, What I'll Carry) is an historical fiction, novel in verse. Inspired by the experiences of three Jewish sisters who survived World War II with the help of Nicholas Winton’s kindertransport rescue mission, it is a story of love, courage, and resilience.

My current work-in-progress details how an interactive history project I started with my fifth grade students took on a life of its own, evolving into a social action initiative with worldwide participation and the creation of a permanent, public museum exhibit.
